RE: Internet Deception
Dear (AFE or VPA):
I am writing to protest the
unfairness III the State Farm Internet Access;
www.statefarm.com.
Unless a user goes directly
to a particular agent micro-site, that agent cannot be
found by a user. Apparently users cannot find agents who
are not Select unless they start out looking for them.
Once a quote is started non-Select agents disappear.
This is grossly unfair to
agents. It fails to recognize all those other
advertising and promotion steps taken, often at the
assistance of State Farm, to attract new business.
We are supposed to be
partners.
Please help get this
irrational and harmful practice stopped.
