Dear (Whoever wrote to you):
Thank you for your recent
email concerning my objections to the deceptions being
practiced on StateFarm.com. Your message fails to
address, or correct the underlying issue: In certain
circumstances, customers who are looking on
StateFarm.com for me, cannot find me.
If someone, at any time, types my name into the system
State Farm should direct that person to me.
Your current practice subverts what I presumed was our
partnership and participation in all of those
advertising programs.
